            Women empowerment is a transformative process that enables women to make independent decisions by overcoming societal and familial limitations. It fosters financial independence, education, and progressive thinking while ensuring a respected social standing. Empowering women enhances their participation in decision-making, education, and professional domains, contributing to the development of a more equitable society.

Recognizing the urgent need to uplift the social, personal, and professional status of women, dedicated measures must be taken to bring them on par with men. This comprehensive process, known as "Women Empowerment," involves providing access to quality education, employment opportunities, healthcare, justice, and professional equality. The Women Empowerment Cell at PRR & VS is committed to this cause.

Functions

• To raise awareness among female students about the objectives of the Women Empowerment Cell.
• To encourage women to engage in activities that enhance their confidence and independence.
• To actively participate in events and competitions organized by the cell and motivate others to join.
• To empower female faculty, staff, and students by addressing economic and social issues.
• To regularly review safety and security measures for female employees and students at MRR Govt.Arts & Science Degree College, Udayagiri, SPSR Nellore (Dist).
